Job Overview
Award-winning Gold Coast Cadillac is seeking a highly skilled Biller and Financial Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing invoices and bills, compiling data for the dealership, and ensuring timely payments from customers.

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Biller and Financial Assistant who can provide exceptional customer service, demonstrate good administration and coordination skills, and possess excellent computer skills. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of CDK computer systems and be able to work well under pressure to meet billing deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare invoices listing items sold and service provided, amounts due and credit terms.
  • Issue credit memorandums to indicate returned or incorrectly billed merchandise.
  • Prepare credit forms for customers or finance companies.
  • Post transactions to accounting records such as worksheet, ledger and computer files.
  • Access computer files and compile reports as requested.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and neat work area.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Demonstrate good administration and coordination skills.
  • Demonstrate good computer skills and a working knowledge of CDK computer systems.
  • Demonstrate the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Be able to follow detailed instructions.
  • Be able to support change.
  • Be able to communicate effectively – orally and in writing.
  • Meet billing deadlines.

Salary Estimate
The estimated salary for this role is between $55,000 - $65,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
