Overview

Compensation Package

Our competitive compensation package includes a base salary of $120,000 per year, with opportunities for significant bonus potential based on team performance and outcomes. Additionally, you will receive 30-45 minute patient visits with a Medical Assistant partner, a strong work-life-balance culture, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401K retirement plan, paid holidays, and paid time off for continuing education and professional development.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

As a Family Medicine Specialist with HarmonyCares Medical Group, your responsibilities will include providing high-quality, patient-centered care to patients in their homes, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions of care, and participating in ongoing quality improvement initiatives. To be eligible for this role, you must be a licensed Nurse Practitioner in the state where our office is located, possess a Federal DEA License/eligibility, and have geriatric training/experience preferred. Active CPR/BLS Certification is also required.
