Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Non CDL Residential Driver to join our team at Waste Pro. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and safe collection of residential waste.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist refuse truck drivers on pre-assigned and special routes to collect garbage, yard waste, or recycling.
  • Pick up solid waste and place it in the back of a rear load garbage truck on specified routes, often done manually or by pushing a toter to the tipper.
  • Ensure garbage and recyclables at residences are picked up and transferred properly.
  • Assist drivers in safely backing up the truck by directing them from the ground.
  • Clean behind the compactor blade with a shovel and hoe when directed.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Physical ability to lift, bend, and push heavy objects.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions.
