Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative and clinical supervision to behavioral health staff
  • Develop and implement orientation courses, staff development programs, and training for program staff and students
  • Track staff outcomes and identify strategies for improvement to meet program goals
  • Support staff in problem-solving day-to-day challenges and respond to patient-related crises
  • Assist with overall program development and implementation to achieve best outcomes for the total program population
Requirements:
  • Master's degree from an accredited school or university in social or behavioral science or a related health specialty area
  • Current State of IL Licensure as a Licensed Social Worker or a Licensed Clinical Social Worker
  • At least 1 year experience in a behavioral health or similar role
