Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Respiratory Therapist Senior to join our team. As a senior member of our respiratory therapy team, you will be responsible for leading the assessment and development of individualized treatment plans for patients with respiratory needs.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Leading patient assessments to identify respiratory care needs and developing effective treatment plans.

  • Mentoring junior staff members in respiratory therapy techniques and protocols.

  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.

  • Providing education and support to patients and their families on disease management and self-care techniques.

  • Assisting with the development and implementation of new respiratory therapy protocols and policies.

Requirements

  • Graduate from a Specialty Training Program.

  • Current certification as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC).

  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program Certification.

  • BLS Certification.
