Job Summary

The Lead Store Associate plays a critical role in driving sales and results in our stores. As a key member of the store management team, you will assist in all activities to achieve business objectives and demonstrate behaviors that align with our company values of Accountability, Collaboration, Humility, and Passion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Maintain a positive in-store experience by modeling CEL behaviors, redirecting associate behaviors to achieve store goals, and responding to customer requests and feedback with a high sense of urgency.
  • Inventory Management: Increase sales and success by maintaining sales floor and stockroom standards, enabling the flow of merchandise to ensure an appealing experience for consumers.
  • Human Resources: Work closely with the store leadership team to understand and follow policy and procedure, support team members by training, coaching, and providing feedback, and recognize associates through our company recognition tools.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years retail experience
  • Minimum high school graduate or equivalent
