We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Football Coach to join our team at Lycoming College. As a key member of our athletic department, you will be responsible for instructing student-athletes in the fundamentals of football, preparing them for games, and developing strategies to ensure team success.
Key Responsibilities- Instruct student-athletes in sound football principles and techniques.
- Prepare individual athletes for games and develop season goals.
- Assist in designing and implementing schemes to prepare the team for success.
- Recruit student-athletes who meet the College's admission requirements.
- Monitor the academic success of student-athletes.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent of 3+ years coaching experience.
- College-level coaching and playing experience preferred.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience with student recruiting preferred.
- Valid US driver's license and good standing driving record.
