Job Summary

Eagle Crest Communities is seeking a Resident Care Associate to support the well-being of our residents in The Heights Assisted Living. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest levels of satisfaction for our residents.

Key Responsibilities

Assist residents with personal cares, daily activities, and social activities while promoting independence and dignity
Provide medication management, light housekeeping, and other tasks as needed
Participate in memory care cross-training to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

Previous direct care experience preferred
Experience with medication management and CBRF certification beneficial, but not required
Must have a genuine interest in caring for seniors
Valid driver's license and responsible driving record

Our Benefits

Competitive starting rate between $17.00 and $19.00+ per hour, based on experience and qualifications
Opportunities for wage increases upon orientation completion and regular reviews
Additional incentives for working night shifts, weekends, and on-call
