We are seeking a skilled Facilities Coordinator to join our team at USA Managed Care Organization. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and property management tasks, ensuring that all facilities are well-maintained and providing exceptional tenant and client services.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Office Management:
    • Coordinate daily office operations and ensure a productive work environment.
    • Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor relationships.
    • Coordinate maintenance and repairs, liaising with service providers as needed.
  • Property Management:
    • Manage tenant relations, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly.
    • Coordinate lease agreements, renewals, and tenant onboarding.
    • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
    • Prepare and manage property budgets, including expenses and reporting.
  • Administrative Duties:
    • Maintain accurate records of leases, tenant communications, and maintenance requests.
    • Assist in preparing reports and presentations for management.
    • Coordinate office functions in conjunction with the HR department for employee celebrations.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in office management and property management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and knowledge of real estate laws and regulations.

Our company offers a competitive salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, and a fun, friendly atmosphere.
