Job Title: Spravato Coordinator

Greenbrook TMS NeuroHealth Centers is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Spravato Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to patients struggling with treatment-resistant depression.

Job Summary:

The Spravato Coordinator will be responsible for managing the care of Spravato patients, including obtaining prior authorizations, maintaining authorizations, and assisting technicians with patient care and medication ordering. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage physician and technician schedules related to Spravato treatments
  • Obtain prior authorizations for new patients
  • Maintain authorizations for active patients
  • Assist technicians with patient care and medication ordering
  • Maintain compliance with REMS, DEA, and Med log audits
  • Audit Spravato charts as needed
  • Assist with Spravato consults as needed
  • Provide a safe and therapeutic environment for daily treatment sessions
  • Perform office administrative tasks, including answering phones, maintaining office organization, and managing leads
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Certified Medical Assistant, Medication Technician, or Nursing Assistant with experience working with authorizations for medication
  • 2 years of mental/behavioral health experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or a HS Diploma or Associate's degree PLUS Medical Assistant certification/licensure and experience required
  • Medical Insurance experience required
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience with administering controlled substances preferred, but not required
  • Previous TMS and/or Spravato administration experience preferred, but not required
  • Prior EMR/EHR experience preferred but not required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Billing software knowledge
  • Clinical interviewing skills
  • Basic Life Support Certification
  • Previous experience working directly with MDs
