Job Summary:
Sentara Healthcare is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Sentara offers inpatient and outpatient behavioral health services to patients 18 and older with mental illness, emotional distress, or destructive behavior patterns. Our treatment facilities are located within local hospitals, providing access to psychiatric and medical care. Primary Responsibilities:
You will assess and admit patients, conduct regular rounds, administer medications, communicate effectively with family members, and oversee the overall care of your patients. You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and optimal patient outcomes. Your role will also involve identifying opportunities for growth and development within Sentara's diverse range of specialties, allowing you to advance your nursing skills and career.

Requirements:
To succeed in this position, you must hold a Virginia or Compact Multi-State License in good standing, possess current American Heart Association BLS Certification, and have completed an accredited RN-Diploma, ASN, BSN, or MSN program. These qualifications will serve as the foundation for your contributions to Sentara's mission and vision.
