Job Description

Dugan Staffing Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Finance Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
· Supervise the functions of the Retail Finance Department to ensure the precise and prompt distribution of financial management reports, which include internal and external monthly financial statements, account reconciliations, forecasts, and responses to annual audit inquiries.

· Possess strong technical knowledge in general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and banking. Must demonstrate the ability to conduct complex analyses, reconciliations, and generate insightful reports.

· Oversee the operations of the Accounts Payable Department, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices, vendor assessments, tax reporting (1099), and related activities.

· Manage retail accounts receivable, credit card transactions and reconciliations, retail cash receipts management, and fuel inventory oversight.

· Handle ad hoc projects and analyses as they emerge.

· Establish and uphold systems of controls that verify the integrity of all systems, processes, and data.

· Engage in a diverse range of special projects and compile various special reports.

Qualifications:
To excel in this position, candidates should possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance (master's degree preferred)
- CPA certification is highly regarded
- At least 8 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
- Proficient in Excel and QuickBooks

- Knowledge of MS Dynamics GP is preferred
- Skilled in account analysis, financial report writing, and understanding financial concepts
- Excellent analytical abilities with a keen attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
