We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Paralegal to join our team at Daniel Stark Law. As a Paralegal, you will play a critical role in supporting our attorneys in the preparation and litigation of personal injury cases.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional client service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
- Manage a high-volume caseload, including preparing and organizing case files, conducting research, and drafting documents.
- Collaborate with attorneys to develop and implement case strategies, and provide support in court proceedings.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, with a high level of organization and attention to detail.
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in case management software and other legal technology tools.
