The salary for this position is estimated to be between $89,116.00 and $125,876.00 per year, depending on experience. In addition to competitive pay, we offer comprehensive benefits, including healthcare, dental, and vision coverage, as well as life insurance.
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Mental Health Supervisor to oversee the delivery of quality, comprehensive clinically based services at our clients facilities located in West Los Angeles.
- Oversee and manage Case Managers and Peer Specialists, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care.
- Act as the Mental Health Treatment Coordinator, responsible for coordinating treatment plans and ensuring adherence to clinically-based programmatic protocols.
- Directly supervise Case Managers for residential programs and other specialized program staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Review and sign clients Individual Housing and Employment Plans (IHEP) and Mental Health treatment plans (MHTP), ensuring that all necessary documents are completed accurately.
- Liaise with on-site treatment providers to ensure seamless coordination of care.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be considered for this position, applicants must possess a Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology, and hold LCSW or LMFT licensure. A minimum of two years of experience supervising clinical/case management staff is required, as is availability to be on call 24-hours for crisis management. Applicants must also pass a Security/background investigation via National Agency Check with Written Inquiries (NACI) and a Special Agreement Check (SAC). Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential, as is proficiency in computer and information systems.
Location and Logistics
This position is located in West Los Angeles, CA. As a Mental Health Supervisor, you will be responsible for driving company vehicles for work-related activities, including client transportation. A valid driver's license and ability to meet company insurance requirements are essential.
