Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and supervise multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Team Leadership: Develop and lead a team of 2-5 technicians, overseeing their work and providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Design and Planning: Interpret electrical drawings and initiate revisions when necessary, collaborating with the Project Manager on electrical system layout.
  • Scheduling and Reporting: Maintain project schedules and daily work activities, submitting clear job progress reports and documentation.
  • Code Compliance: Ensure that all electrical systems and components are installed and maintained in accordance with relevant codes and regulations.
  • Business Management: Perform business management tasks, such as record-keeping and supply ordering, to support the smooth operation of the team.
  • Physical Demands: Physically capable of demanding tasks, such as digging trenches or lifting heavy objects, and able to lift 50+ lbs.
  • Communication: Provide excellent communication skills and ability to build trust with clients, providing cost estimates for services and materials as needed.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in electrical engineering and project management.
  • Strong background in electrical engineering and project management principles.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to interpret electrical drawings and initiate revisions when necessary.
  • Physical ability to perform demanding tasks, such as digging trenches or lifting heavy objects.
