We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Manager to join our team at an award-winning public accounting firm in the finance industry. As a Tax Manager, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring tax engagements to deliver quality tax services for our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Oversee the delivery of a full range of tax services in compliance with laws and regulations.
* Build relationships and interact with clients to provide excellent planning, consulting, and expertise.
* Provide innovative tax planning and review complex income tax returns.
* Identify and mitigate tax risks.
* Manage tax provision and tax compliance processes.
* Improve processes by developing or implementing best practices.
* Manage and coordinate tax audits.
* Prepare all tax paperwork in accordance with regulations and deadlines.
* Provide effective tax planning strategies to clients in various industries.
* Work closely with partners and staff on client management, practice development, and business development activities.
* Supervise and mentor junior staff members.

**Requirements**

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. A Master's degree in Taxation is a plus.
* CPA certification or equivalent.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in a public accounting firm or related experience.
* Proficient in ccorp, estates, partnership, trust, S Corp, corporations, and tax accounting.
* Excellent knowledge of tax accounting, tax compliance, and all types of tax returns.
* Knowledge of tax software and MS Office.
* Good at meeting deadlines and solving problems.
* Exceptional client service along with the ability to develop excellent client relationships.
* Strong leadership and personnel management skills.
* Analytical skills with detail orientation.
