Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating students with communication disorders, developing and implementing individualized education plans, and collaborating with teachers and other professionals to support student success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluation and Treatment: Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify communication disorders and develop treatment plans to address these needs.
  • IEP Development: Participate in the development and implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) to support student communication goals.
  • Collaboration and Consultation: Work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to integrate communication goals into the classroom and other educational programs.
  • Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide regular progress reports to parents and other stakeholders.
  • Professional Development: Stay current with best practices in speech-language pathology and participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • License and Certification: Active state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Education: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a school setting.
