We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Host/Carryout Staff to join our team at Big Bowl. As a Host/Carryout Staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
Key Responsibilities:- Guest Service: Greet guests with a smile, answer questions, and provide menu recommendations to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Order Taking and Payment Processing: Accurately take orders, process payments, and balance sales/receipts in compliance with restaurant policies and procedures.
- Table Management: Maintain accurate guest counts and wait times, and ensure tables are cleaned and reset promptly.
- Coat Check and Carryout: Assist with coat check duties and ensure carryout orders are prepared and collected efficiently.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service and maintain a clean and organized dining area.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members in a fast-paced environment.
- Multitasking: Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient service.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, move safely through all areas of the restaurant, and lift up to 50 pounds.
