Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Inspector to join our team at DoubleTree by Hilton Syracuse. As a key member of our housekeeping and quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and quality in our guest rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain guest rooms, including bathrooms and bedrooms, to company standards
  • Inspect guest rooms and public areas daily to ensure they meet company standards
  • Complete assigned paperwork in an accurate and timely fashion
  • Organize and stock cleaning carts and linen closets as assigned
  • Perform other duties as assigned, such as cleaning spills or executing special guest requests
  • Run a departure report and recheck all rooms showing on the report
  • Write up work orders for all repairs and report any broken door locks or safety hazards to management
Requirements
  • High work ethic and self-initiative
  • Ability to work varying schedules, including weekends and holidays
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
