Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Ventilation Clinician to join our team. As a Respiratory Therapist with experience in ventilator patients, you will be responsible for providing clinical assessments, developing care plans, and coordinating with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clinical Assessments: Perform comprehensive assessments of ventilator patients to identify their needs and develop individualized care plans.
  • Care Coordination: Collaborate with healthcare providers, including physicians and referral sources, to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Equipment Troubleshooting: Utilize your expertise to troubleshoot and maintain ventilators and other respiratory equipment to ensure proper functioning.
  • Patient Education: Educate patients and caregivers on the use of ventilators and other respiratory equipment, as well as provide guidance on disease management and self-care techniques.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Associates degree from an AMA-approved respiratory program
  • Valid and unrestricted RT clinical license in all states serviced by the branch
  • One year of clinical experience as a Health Care RT, HME RT, or clinical nursing with Vent experience
