About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Patient Flow Coordinator to join our team at Sanitas Medical Center. As a Patient Flow Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the flow of patients through our clinic, ensuring that they receive timely and effective care.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate patient scheduling and flow to optimize clinic efficiency.
  • Communicate with patients, providers, and staff to ensure seamless coordination of care.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date patient information.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and communication.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and families.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ years of experience in a medical setting preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $48,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
