Position Overview:
The Principal Financial Analyst will deliver comprehensive financial support and analysis for various distribution channels, including Supply Independent Wholesale, Commercial Independent, Strategic Accounts, and E-commerce, alongside managing sales and marketing budgets.

This position will collaborate closely with channel leaders to offer financial insights through precise forecasting, budget formulation, and detailed reporting. The role encompasses oversight of over $0.3 billion in revenue, including associated operating and selling, general, and administrative costs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and communicate potential opportunities and risks within the business landscape.
- Drive financial excellence through robust controllership, ongoing enhancements, and standardized processes.
- Collaborate across multiple departments to formulate growth strategies and translate them into actionable business plans.
- Enhance financial acumen within the sales organization through targeted training and strong partnerships focused on business performance.
- Maintain reporting and dashboard systems to present business outcomes and pinpoint risks and opportunities in collaboration with the sales team and finance leadership.
- Support the development and accruals of customer sales strategies to foster growth.
- Oversee sales and marketing budget management.
- Prepare for and assist in conducting monthly business evaluations with leadership teams.
- Manage the close cycle, forecasting, and annual operating plan for the regions; analyze monthly, quarterly, and year-to-date results.
- Assist in the development of business cases and lease evaluations for the channel.
- Support working capital initiatives, providing guidance on accounts receivable terms and disputes.
- Uphold internal controls to protect company assets by conducting regular reviews of accounting processes and controls.
- Foster engagement across the extended finance team.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required; an MBA is advantageous.
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in finance, economics, or a related discipline.
- Experience in commercial controllership or a similar role is preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a matrixed environment.
- High level of learning agility and intellectual curiosity.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of deadlines.
- Proficiency in Onestream or similar forecasting software is desirable.
- Excellent analytical and financial modeling capabilities.
- Familiarity with Tableau and Alteryx is a plus.
- Willingness to travel up to 5%.

Compensation:
Base Pay Range:
$95,000-$125,000.
