Trinity Child Development Center is in search of a committed and enthusiastic Program Support Staff member to enhance our team.
In this role, you will provide essential support and assistance, including substitute teaching, across multiple classrooms.
This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with an hourly wage ranging from $13 to $15, compensated biweekly.

Qualifications:

- A minimum of 1 year of experience working with toddlers in a childcare environment.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification, or a willingness to obtain.
- Understanding of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Capability to work effectively within a team.
- Must successfully pass all background checks and drug screenings.
