Clinical Opportunity:

RecruitWell LLC is seeking a board-certified or eligible physiatrist to join our nationwide physiatry group. This part-time or full-time opportunity is available in an inpatient rehab facility with a shared call of 1:4. The ideal candidate will see 18-20 patients per day and be part of a team that values open communication, a sense of urgency, teamwork, accountability, and a driven approach to success.

Benefits and Compensation:
Employed providers receive full benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as malpractice insurance with a tail. Full-time providers make a guaranteed $150,000 per year, with the potential to earn up to $300,000 annually once the company's bonus structure is met. The group uses an app called MD Coder to streamline billing and ensure compliance standards are met.
