A1 Orange Exterior Building Services is on the lookout for skilled and motivated individuals to fill the role of High-Rise Window Cleaning Specialist. We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in exterior window maintenance and pressure washing, as well as those eager to learn and develop their skills in this dynamic and rewarding industry. Working with us means a commitment to safety standards, ongoing professional development, and a strong work ethic. At A1, you will have the chance to refine your abilities in window cleaning, pressure washing, and waterproofing within a collaborative and positive atmosphere, alongside a team dedicated to outstanding customer satisfaction. We provide thorough safety and job training programs for all our staff.

Key Qualifications:

  • U.S. citizenship or valid Green Card required
  • Possession of a valid Florida driver's license with insurability
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks at heights using various tools
  • Comfortable working outdoors in diverse weather conditions, often starting early in the day
  • Proficient in English communication
  • Availability for full-time or part-time positions (minimum of 15 hours weekly)
  • Opportunities for overtime for high achievers, including evening and weekend shifts
