About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Echo Cardiologist to join our team at McCulloh Consulting. As an Echo Cardiologist, you will be responsible for performing high-quality diagnostic procedures, delivering accurate and timely results, and collaborating with our team to foster a positive and cohesive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet expectations of the applicable competencies: Leader of Self, Leader of Others, or Leader of Leaders.
- Perform routine echocardiograms to evaluate possible abnormal heart defects or disease.
- Assist physicians with transesophageal echocardiograms.
- Conduct stress echocardiograms to evaluate coronary artery disease.
- Notify physicians daily for exam interpretation and check weekly for needed supplies.
- Demonstrate competence to perform assigned patient care responsibilities in a manner that meets the age-specific and developmental needs of patients served by the department.
- Appropriately adapt assessment, treatment, and/or service methods to accommodate age-specific or other developmental needs of the patient.
- Demonstrate adherence to the core values of our client.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited school of Ultrasound Technology or other accepted and approved equivalent.
- Two years of experience in the Cardiology field.
- Experience with stress testing.
- BLS.
