We are seeking a skilled Advanced Practice Registered Nurse to join our team as an independent contractor, providing health readiness services to Military Service members. As a trusted partner, you will play a critical role in supporting the medical and dental requirements of our Military Force.
Key Responsibilities- Support Physical Health Assessments of military personnel, reviewing health history, service member medical records, and medical questionnaires.
- Conduct Interviews with military personnel to determine current and prior medical concerns, identifying any concerns that need to be addressed immediately, inclusive of Behavioral Health.
- Document Interview Results for readiness classification in the service member's medical record using our proprietary system.
- Active NP License in the state, with supervising physician requirements depending on state regulations.
- CPR/BLS Certification and experience with Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Occupational Health.
- Adaptability to fast-paced environments, with large volumes of service members seen daily, and ability to work extended hours.
- Excellent Communication Skills and basic computer knowledge and skills.
