Cafe Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cafe Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing high-quality food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

• Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Food Service experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
