Role Summary

The Senior Finance Analyst plays a crucial role within the Client Finance team, assisting the Client Finance Manager in overseeing a comprehensive and high-performing finance operation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivering effective financial control processes.
  • Ensuring accurate financial reporting to the JLL Account Team and clients, including glide path performance and budget variance reports.
  • Supporting the commercial management and analysis of the account, including planning, forecasting, and savings tracking.
  • Engaging in client-facing activities, such as participating in discussions and aiding in budget and forecast development.
  • Overseeing the delivery of all financials related to client contracts.
  • Supervising and mentoring direct reports.
  • Managing a robust financial control process and optimizing the presentation of financial reports.
  • Coordinating team workflows and consolidated reporting, including monthly financial updates and risk management.
  • Building strong relationships with client-side finance teams, providing regular reporting and addressing inquiries.
  • Analyzing process and performance trends to propose corrective actions.
  • Monitoring compliance with relevant policies and procedures, making recommendations for updates as necessary.
  • Assisting the broader client team in enhancing the client delivery platform.
  • Acting as a deputy for the Client Finance Manager when required.

  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, particularly with international teams and clients.
