Job Summary

CORG Management Group is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the comfort and safety of our building occupants by maintaining and repairing all HVAC equipment and systems.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair all HVAC equipment and components, including valves, motors, belts, bearings, filters, and lubrication systems.
  • Learn and operate equipment management controls to start, stop, seek status, or change conditions on HVAC systems.
  • Conduct regular rounds of all equipment rooms to identify and repair potential problems and maintain cleanliness.
  • Complete and close out work orders in our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and enter time worked and materials used.
  • Respond to fire alarm systems and be familiar with fire panels.
  • Meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting up to 80 pounds and working from ladders.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 0-2 years of direct experience in HVAC and boiler operation and maintenance.
  • Basic knowledge of computer operation for use on energy management systems.
  • Understanding of different types of air distribution systems, such as VAV and double duct.
  • Valid South Carolina driver's license required.
