Key Responsibilities
  • Product Knowledge and Sales: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services, and utilize this knowledge to meet or exceed sales goals and objectives.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, including surgeons, healthcare providers, and facilities.
  • Field Sales and Support: Conduct sales calls, provide product demonstrations, and offer technical support to customers in the field.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Spine Territory Manager and other team members to achieve sales goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1-2 years of successful spine sales experience, or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Science or Business.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong understanding of spinal anatomy.
