Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our team in Northern California. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic group of healthcare professionals and contribute to the growth and development of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- To provide psychiatric services to children and adolescents, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- To work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- To participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices within the organization

- A signing bonus of $5,000 upon obtaining board certification
- A monthly stipend of $500 to supervise advanced practice providers

Requirements
- Board certification in psychiatry or eligibility for board certification
- Current CA medical license or eligibility for licensure
- Experience working with children and adolescents
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Salary Range
The estimated annual salary for this position is between $250,000 and $350,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
