We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver Specialist to join our team. As a Caregiver Specialist, you will provide individualized support and care to individuals with varying needs, promoting their growth, learning, and well-being.

• Provide direct support and care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, mental illness, and behavioral challenges
• Assist with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management
• Support individuals in achieving their developmental goals, including budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
• Encourage participation in community activities and hobbies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized support plans

• No high school diploma required
• No experience required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
