Job Summary:

Medicorp, Inc is seeking a highly skilled Physician / Oncology - Hematology Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our medical staff, you will be responsible for diagnosing and providing medical treatment for cancer, solid tumors, and benign and malignant blood disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and provide medical treatment for cancer, solid tumors, and benign and malignant blood disorders.
  • Write and administer chemotherapy orders.
  • Perform bone marrow biopsies and lumbar punctures.
  • Review smears and refer patients for radiation oncology and surgery services as needed.
  • Evaluate oncology emergencies and treatment-related complications.
  • Deliver chemo-infusion and provide consultation services to other healthcare professionals.

Requirements:

  • M.D. degree in medicine.
  • Completion of 3-year residency in Internal Medicine.
  • Completion of a 3-year fellowship in hematology-oncology.
  • New Mexico license to practice medicine.
