Program Manager I Behavioral Health PSW MFT LPCC-EDIOP Child and Adult

As a key member of our Behavioral Health team, you will be responsible for overseeing a small group or program, with both administrative and client caseload responsibilities. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement program budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and fiscal responsibility.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to make informed staffing decisions, providing input on candidate qualifications and performance evaluations.
- Design and implement program initiatives, working closely with staff to ensure successful implementation and outcomes.
- Monitor access indicators, ensuring timely and effective utilization management.

Experience
- Minimum two (2) years of post-license, paid experience as a member of a psychiatric treatment team in an outpatient setting/program under licensed supervision.
- Masters degree in applied behavioral science required.
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (California) OR Licensed Clinical Social Worker (California) OR Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (California)
- National Provider Identifier required at hire
- Knowledge of state regulations regarding ethics, treatment, patient rights, and confidentiality.
- For Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors, meet couples and families requirement or complete within two (2) years of hire.
- Ability to work in a Labor/Management Partnership environment.
