As a Registered Nurse in the CVOR department at Northern Arizona Healthcare, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. You will be responsible for coordinating care for patients and their families, providing direct care, patient and family education, and discharge planning. You will work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure the achievement of Northern Arizona Healthcare's mission.
Responsibilities:
- Assess patient needs and conditions by gathering relevant patient health information.
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care to achieve expected outcomes.
- Contribute to patient experience by providing safe, high-quality, and patient-centered care.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Active, unrestricted Arizona RN license or valid participating compact license.
- BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Preferred: CNOR certification.
Education:
RNs hired on or after 7/1/2016 must graduate from a BSN program within 6 years of hire. Existing staff RNs are encouraged to pursue a BSN degree.
