Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient care and support to patients and families
  • Assist healthcare providers with patient exams, procedures, and treatments
  • Collect and record vital signs, medical histories, and other patient information
  • Administer medications and vaccines as directed by healthcare providers
  • Prepare and maintain patient rooms, equipment, and supplies
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Escalate non-routine issues and concerns to practice managers or healthcare providers
Requirements
  • Completion of a certified nursing assistant program, medical assistant program, or equivalent experience
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or obtained within three months of hire
  • Proof of completion of Mandatory Reporter abuse training specific to population served within three months of hire
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
