**Key Responsibilities**
As a Staff RN in our Emergency Services department, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing direct patient care using the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
- Directing and guiding patient/family teaching and activities of other nursing personnel while maintaining standards of professional nursing care
- Communicating with physicians about changes in patient clinical condition, including results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology
- Maintaining accurate records and reports
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A current and valid state RN license
- A current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current
- A current ACLS certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current
- A minimum of one year experience as a staff nurse RN in an acute care hospital setting; E.R. setting preferred
- Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) preferred
**Salary and Benefits**
The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
