Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified Surgical Technologist to perform duties in the scrub role as assigned. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the preparation of the surgical field and supplies/instruments delivered to the field. In collaboration with the healthcare team, you will assist in providing a cooperative work environment and ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Preparation of the surgical field and delivery of supplies/instruments.
  • Collaboration with the healthcare team to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Maintenance of professional growth through continuing education and training.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2 years OR scrub experience or equivalent.
  • CPR certification.
  • Ability to obtain Certified Surgical Technologist certification within 3 months of employment.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to move heavy patients and equipment.
  • Ability to bend, squat, and kneel as needed.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • Flexibility to deal with stressful, changing environments.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive:
