About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Pediatric Intensive Care Unit team. As a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to critically ill pediatric patients and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring vital signs.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in pediatric critical care.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment that promotes teamwork and excellence in patient care.
Requirements
  • Current Registered Nurse license in the state of California.
  • 1 year of recent experience in pediatric critical care or a related field.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Pediatric Advanced Cardiac Life Support (PALS) certification.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification (preferred).
