Finance Intern

As a Supply Chain Finance Intern at Chobani, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in food manufacturing, supply chain finance, and financial analysis. You will work closely with the Supply Chain Finance Department to understand the COGS accounting process and financial tools used to track and analyze drivers of COGS.
Responsibilities
• Assist in capital project management initiatives, including project tracking, PO and invoice matching, and changes to plant expansion.
• Conduct deep dives on productivity improvement ROI by analyzing actual performance compared against business cases.
• Provide key insights based on data and recommendations for operational decisions.
• Explore improvements to reporting, analytical tools, and internal processes to become more efficient and accurate.
• Serve as a liaison between various business partners, including Plant and Warehouse Operations, Supply Chain, and other Finance teams, to ensure alignment during month-end close.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects as needed.
Requirements
• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or an equivalent field.
• Possesses interest in Finance, Consumer Packaged Goods, Supply Chain, or Cost Accounting.
• Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Highly organized and attentive to detail, with the ability to work quickly and accurately and to consistently meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn and ability to adapt and balance competing priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
• High level of intellectual curiosity, not afraid to ask questions and challenge the status quo.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and on cross-functional teams.
