Key Responsibilities
  • Obtain and verify information related to loan origination, including credit reports, appraisals, and title reports.
  • Assist loan customers with routine inquiries and provide accurate information regarding loan details.
  • Prepare and review loan documentation, including disbursement worksheets and loan documentation checklists.
  • Ensure timely filing of liens and other necessary documents to protect the bank's lien on collateral.
  • Collaborate with loan officers to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including HMDA and CRA.
  • Receive and process tracking reports, ensuring that outstanding issues are properly documented and cleared.
  • Perform various clerical tasks, including filing, photocopying, and scanning loan files.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in customer service or loan administration.
  • Knowledge of general banking policies and procedures.
