We are seeking a highly skilled Janitor Lead to join our team at Compass Group Careers. As a Janitor Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations of our facilities, ensuring that our high standards of cleanliness and safety are met.

• Conduct training sessions for new janitorial staff on customer service, safety protocols, and company policies.
• Provide one-on-one training and coaching to janitorial staff as needed.
• Update and distribute training materials, and revise as necessary.
• Perform administrative tasks, such as record-keeping and reporting.
• Conduct regular safety performance reviews to ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory requirements.
• Perform walk-through inspections of facilities to identify areas for improvement.

• 5 years of experience in janitorial services, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning methods, materials, and equipment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
