Job Title: SPS Programmer

Aurora Technologies is seeking a skilled SPS Programmer to join our team.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced SPS Programmer to work on the development and commissioning of our packaging machines. The successful candidate will be responsible for software programming, commissioning, and service assignments for our global customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement software programs for the complete functionality of our packaging machines using SPS, servo drive technology, MMI, fieldbus, and safety technology.
  • Commission our packaging machines before delivery in cooperation with the electrical and mechanical assembly.
  • Provide commissioning and service assignments for prototypes as part of our constructive activities at our global customers.
  • Create electrical documentation for our customers.
  • Offer independent support to customers in error localization and troubleshooting via remote maintenance, internal, and telephone.
  • Plan hardware through CAD-supported creation of circuit diagrams and parts lists.
Requirements:
  • Completed studies in electrical engineering/automation technology or further training as a state-certified technician.
  • Ideal completion of training in the electrical or mechatronic field.
  • Programming skills with SPS, motion, and safety programming as well as Logix and GuardLogix family from Rockwell Automation with Studio Now applyLogixDesigner.
