We are seeking skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team at Interim HealthCare of Western Michigan - Staffing. The salary for this role is competitive, with LPNs earning between $35-$37 per hour and RNs earning between $41-$43 per hour. This rate is estimated based on industry standards and location. Additionally, you can enjoy flexible assignments, weekly pay, health insurance, life insurance, short-term disability insurance, long-term disability insurance, 401(k), Roth, pet insurance, and performance-based pay increases.

In this role, you will care for patients with various illnesses, injuries, and diseases in medical offices, assisted living facilities, hospitals, and schools. You will work collaboratively with physicians, CNAs, aides, and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care. Your responsibilities will include taking patient vitals, conducting assessments, documenting progress, reporting changes to the RN supervisor, assisting with physician orders, administering medication, operating medical equipment, and maintaining a safe environment.

To excel in this position, you should possess a graduate degree from an accredited practical nursing program, hold an active, unrestricted LPN license or RN license in the State of Michigan, and maintain CPR certification. Knowledge of state and federal healthcare laws and regulations, along with demonstrated clinical proficiency, critical thinking skills, good communication, and compassion, is also essential.
