Dental Care Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Dental Care Specialist to join our team. This role will provide chairside dental assistance and office support services in an institution dental clinic. The ideal candidate will have the ability to perform dental assistant procedures, including chairside assistance and expanded functions such as assisting for restorative, endodontic, prosthetic, and oral surgical procedures.
The selected individual will work with patients, maintaining accurate records and processing radiographs. They will also be responsible for cleaning and sterilizing equipment, preparing molds and models, and providing patients' care instructions. To excel in this position, you should have experience working in a healthcare setting, knowledge of infection control practices, and proficiency in dental laboratory and radiology procedures.
Salary: $19.92 per hour (pay schedule 06-11), with opportunities for advancement based on performance. A probationary period is required, but candidates with no prior permanent employment with the State of Wisconsin in the past 5 years may be eligible for a sign-on bonus of $2,000.

Job Requirements:
