Job Overview

The Healthcare Businesswomen's Association is seeking an Operations Specialist to support our Urology and Personal Protection product divisions. This role will offer a hybrid work environment, combining remote work with office responsibilities.

The Operations Specialist will be responsible for generating, reviewing, and analyzing various reports, utilizing the insights gained to develop and execute strategies alongside supporting teams to address service level challenges.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the divisional inbox to assist Product Management requests, including urgent receiving and breakdown tasks.
  • Manage Surplus Inventory – Collaborate with Product Managers and Inventory Management to facilitate surplus reduction, including processing scrap and RTV orders as necessary.
  • Ensure Service Levels – Work with Inventory Management to enhance service delivery, expedite product shipments, and review inventory on hold.
  • Coordinate with Purchasing and Accounts Payable to resolve vendor-related issues, including reviewing overbilling notices and processing debit and credit memos.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on all data and reporting systems (e.g., SAP, Nquire) and provide necessary training to division personnel.

Required Qualifications:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant business or administrative support experience.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g., using functions, formatting, and creating charts) and Microsoft Access (e.g., designing queries and modifying data).
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
  • Effective time management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects with varying deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree.
