Job Title: Postal Operations Support Specialist

About the Role:

As a Postal Operations Support Specialist with the United States Postal Service, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our mail processing facilities. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers with general mailing needs, processing incoming mail, sorting and distributing mail, and performing other clerical functions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist customers with change of address requests, mail holds, and distributing post office box keys
- Process incoming mail, including sorting and distributing mail
- Perform other clerical functions as needed
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries

Requirements:

- Must be 18 years or older and a U.S. citizen
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
