Responsibilities:

  • Interact with customers to ensure a positive shopping experience
  • Service customer-owned instruments with precision and craftsmanship
  • Maintain store-owned gear as needed
  • Complete warranty repair work

About You:

  • You have a skilled understanding of guitar repair
  • You are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and ensuring every customer leaves satisfied
  • You are eager to learn and grow with our team

The Rewards:

  • An estimated salary of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience
