POSITION OVERVIEW

  • Prepare grilled and fried dishes in accordance with Parkhurst standards
  • Organize, sanitize, and uphold the grill area

  • Adhere to the cleaning schedule and maintain hygiene standards

REQUIREMENTS

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Standing and moving throughout the duration of the shift
  • Lifting weights up to 40 lbs occasionally, and up to 20 lbs frequently
